Previously, Maha held senior legal roles at multinational companies in Egypt operating
in Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, FMCG, and Pharmaceuticals, as well as one of Egypt’s
top-tier law firms.
In her different roles, she spearheaded large-scale projects and led intricate business-
to-business and business-to-government contract negotiations, project management,
commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Maha holds an LLM from Indiana University and a law degree from Cairo University.
Fully bilingual in English and Arabic with work proficiency in French, she possesses a commanding expertise in corporate law, project development, and regulatory
compliance.
