Her practice focuses on banking & finance, factoring, leasing, microfinance, mortgage finance, general corporate, mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to this, she worked as an IB&BB Lawyer for almost six years at one of the top leading
banks in Egypt, where she provided legal advice on various retail matters, reviewed and drafted
contracts, and responded to various legal inquiries. She also gained extensive experience in
drafting a wide range of legal agreements.
Fluent in Arabic, English and French, Yasmine holds a Master’s degree in International and
European Business Law from the University of Paris 1 -Panthéon Sorbonne along with two
L.L.B degrees from the University of Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne and Cairo University. She also
extended valuable experience through internships at two top-tier international and local law firm
in 2017.
